Introducing Sinfonia Sangiovese! 

Sinfonia is Italian for symphony and is the perfect word to describe our new addition to the R&B family of wines. Our Sinfonia hails from the Buttitta Family Vineyard near Clear Lake in Lake County. Sustainably farmed and grafted to drought resistant root stock, the vineyard uses no pesticides or fertilizers. They intervene as little as possible in the vineyard to allow the fruit to reflect the volcanic soils and climate of Lake County. The wine is made with as little intervention as possible and is not fined or filtered prior to bottling. Truly a symphony of flavors...vivid red berry fruit, red cherries and spice with light tannins and a bright acidity with pronounced minerality. A classic Italian varietal, medium bodied yet deeply flavored and always food friendly.
